YNZ HOME DECOR is committed to your satisfaction. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the process for returns if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items.
  • Incorrect or misrepresented items.
  • Unsatisfactory purchases (within 30 days of delivery).

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We’ll provide return shipping instructions and an address.

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email about your refund’s approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “final sale.”
